Right now, I am a free agent playing for a small club called The Boys in Malawian second league”, he said.

Like many professional soccer players, Sharif is facing a challenge of getting a right club because he does not have an agent, he is does all things on his own and it is not easy as a professional soccer player.

“It is not easy; I do all the travelling by myself but fortunately am not that type of player who struggles with homesickness. I decided to play football and love to play in a biggest league in Africa, being in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Morocco, Egypt or outside Africa like, Syria, India, Indonesia, Belarus, Russia and other”, added Sharif.

The brave defender has won a promotion with the club called Ngome FC in Zanzibar Premier League, promotion with his village team in Uganda second league and Somali League.
